These Terms govern your use of OmiBots. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
OmiBots lets you upload documents to a private knowledge base and deploy an AI chatbot across a website widget and messaging channels. Features, limits, and supported channels vary by plan and may change as the product evolves.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of any organization you represent.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload. You grant OmiBots the limited rights needed to process, index, and serve that content to operate your chatbot. You are responsible for having the rights to upload your content and for ensuring it does not infringe others' rights or violate any law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, to upload content you do not have the right to use, to attempt to breach tenant isolation or security, or to overload or disrupt the service.
5. Plans, trials & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis; add-on packs are billed as purchased. Free trials run for the stated period and require no credit card. When a trial or subscription ends, your chatbot is paused while your data is preserved. You can cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. AI output & third-party models
Chatbot answers are generated by AI from your content and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it. Where you configure your own model provider (bring-your-own-key), that provider's terms and costs apply to you.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmiBots is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, the rights granted to you end and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
